James is an exceptional construction professional with a proven track record in project management, project scheduling, conceptual budgeting, and process implementation. He founded Global Electrical Solutions Inc. with partners in 2007, helped build and grow the company, sold his stake in 2018, and purchased KC Construction Services, Inc.

Dustin started his electrical career in high school. Over 25+ years he has held all positions in the electrical trade, receiving his journeyman license in 2000. In 2009 he transitioned into project managing, estimating and designing.

Scott Senter has over 25 years experience in construction, filling roles from Project Engineer through Chief Operations Officer. He is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the General Contracting Division ensuring KCCS delivers a high-quality finished product while staying on time and on budget.

Landin has worked in commercial construction for almost 15 years, starting as a ditch digger and working his way up to lead estimator. He holds a Part 107 UAS Pilot License and an Amateur Radio Technician License.

Jordan has 10 years of construction experience starting as a plumber's assistant. He is OSHA 30 Certified, a Consent Tow Truck Driver, and a PADI certified open water diver. He is ready to help wherever he can to grow KC Construction.

Carson holds a bachelor's degree in business management. He is eager to apply his skills and contribute to the growth of KC Construction. Outside of work, Carson enjoys golf and traveling.

Hailing from New Jersey, Connor has worked in commercial construction for 8 years after graduating from Texas Christian University in 2018. His attention to detail makes him an integral part of the KC Estimating team.

Yvette has a bachelor's in business management and 7 years experience in the residential/commercial flooring industry, working her way from administrative assistant to director of installation while managing 60+ teams daily.

Barbara has a decade of customer service experience and has recently transitioned into a purchasing agent role. Outside of work, she values quality time with her husband and three children.

Jessica earned a bachelor's in communications from BYU and has 5+ years in the financial industry. She has worked in banking, collections, and as a supervisor in accounts receivable. She currently oversees monthly billing, collections, and HR affairs.

Karina has 4 years of accounting experience and brings a sharp eye for detail to KC Construction. Outside of her professional life, she finds her greatest joy in family time with her fiance and son.

Marisol is a dedicated professional with experience in administrative support and HR. She handles employee onboarding and works closely with safety management. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and three kids.

James has served as Chief Electrical Estimator for KCCS since May 2021, with 8 years of telecom experience and 17 years in the electrical industry working on underground utilities, shell construction, tenant improvements, service upgrades, and design.

Tory has 9+ years in the electrical field working on schools, hospitals, car dealerships, tilt wall warehouses, and tenant improvements. He earned his Journeyman License in 2020 and Master License in 2023, transitioning from foreman to Electrical Estimator at KC.

Ryan graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor's in business. He started as an electrical apprentice and transitioned to Project Engineer for the electrical division, planning to grow alongside the company.

Chris relocated from New York to Texas with 8 years of electrical experience in high-rise buildings, hospitals, and schools from local 363 union in New York City. He has extensive knowledge of electrical system design, maintenance, and NEC code guidelines.

With over 15 years in the electrical trade, Claudio has built a career defined by technical excellence. He serves as a bridge between management and the field, training the next generation of Journeymen and Project Managers.

Elijah is a licensed journeyman with seven years in the electrical field, working commercial service, remodels, tenant improvements, theatrical stages, and schools. He is committed to learning more and growing within KC.

Johnny has 14+ years in the electrical field from schools to multi-level apartments. He earned his journeyman license in 2014, was a superintendent since 2016, and joined KC in 2024 as an electrical estimator.

Jose brings over 3.5 years of hands-on construction experience. Starting as an electrical apprentice, he was recently promoted to Project Engineer. Fluent in Spanish and English, he brings a fresh perspective to project outcomes.

David started in the electrical trade over 11 years ago and worked his way up to project manager overseeing multiple commercial projects. He leads with accountability, never forgetting the discipline the field taught him.

Born and raised in Dallas, Isaac is a Junior Estimator on the Electrical Pre-Con team who began his electrical apprenticeship in July 2022. He transitioned into estimating in August 2025 and is on track to take his journeyman exam in summer 2026.

Ben began in the electrical trade in 2013, earned his Journeyman license in 2017, and has worked on commercial shell buildings, shopping centers, grocery stores, and hospitals. As Electrical Project Manager he leads with the perspective of someone who worked in the field.

Chad has 20 years of construction experience across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. He is a licensed journeyman electrician with over 15 years on electrical projects in the commercial and industrial industry.

Scotty has 10 years in construction as both a field superintendent and office assistant project manager and project engineer. He has completed numerous commercial remodels and industrial design-build projects.

Don Blair is a US Army combat veteran and experienced program manager. He holds a bachelor's in business administration and has worked in contract and program management at DynCorp International and DRS, including two years as Program Manager of the National Afghanistan Trucking contract.

Tanner has been in or around commercial construction most of his adult life, starting at age 13. He has been an installer, crew leader, estimator, and operations coordinator. For 3 years at KC he has used all those tools to provide customers with a high-quality experience.

Trent has been in the construction industry for 8 years, starting as a heavy equipment operator. He joined KC in 2019 and became a superintendent in 2021 through the GC division, taking pride in professionalism and attention to detail.

Brad started in construction in 1993 as an apprentice electrician, moved through interior millwork, commercial sign installation, and residential superintending before starting his journey with KC Construction in 2020.

Nick is a dedicated licensed journeyman with 13 years of experience, with KC since they started an electrical division in 2018. He has worked from underground to tenant finish-out and has a passion for educating others with his vast knowledge.

Juan Barraza has 2 decades of experience in commercial and industrial painting, specializing in interior and exterior finishes. He is a proud Air Force, soccer, and college dad who enjoys road trips and spending time with family.

Jose Lopez holds 25+ years of experience in the Drywall/Framing industry, starting as a helper before taking on leadership positions in high-level projects across Texas. He is a proud father of 3 who loves to see his kids follow his footsteps.

Austin began his construction journey in 2017 doing remodels with his grandfather. He started electrical work as an apprentice, moved to project manager, and is now a superintendent for KC in the GC division.

With 27 years of experience in the electrical field across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, Chris is thorough, accurate, and efficient. He takes pride in doing a satisfactory job to completion.

Trevor started in construction 8 years ago running heavy machinery, moved to residential remodels and then the electrical field. He spent 4 years as an electrician before becoming a construction superintendent. He shows great dedication and strives for growth every day.

Josh has worked in construction for 17 years starting from the ground up. He is OSHA 30 Certified and has held roles as laborer, superintendent, estimator, and project manager. In his free time he can be found coaching his daughters at a softball field.

Aldair is a leader in the framing division at KC with over 6 years of construction experience. He works alongside his father, KC's drywall foreman, and is driven by the goal of building a company of his own one day.
