He demonstrated quick learning agility and adaptability in various roles with increasing responsibility throughout career. Leveraged skills and relationships to build a first-class construction company with $50MM+ in annual revenues. He founded Global Electrical Solutions Inc. with partners in 2007 and helped build and grow the company. He sold his stake in 2018 and purchased KC Construction services, Inc.

Dustin started his electrical career when he was in high school. Over the last 25+ years he has held all positions in the electrical trade. He spent 5 years as an electrician’s helper before receiving his electrical journeyman license in 2000. As a journeyman electrician he has installed electrical systems in everything from elementary schools, high rise apartments to hospitals and baseball/softball parks. In 2009 he transitioned into the administrative aspect of the business to project managing, estimating and designing.

Scott Senter has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry. Scott has a diversified and considerable background in construction ranging from residential houses to multi story buildings. Scott has filled various positions ranging from Project Engineer, Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Vice-President, and Chief Operations Officer. He has completed numerous residential, oil and gas, commercial remodel, mixed-use, speculative warehouse, and design build industrial projects. Scott is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the General Contracting Division ensuring KCCS delivers a high-quality finished product while staying on time, on budget, and keeping and maintaining a happy customer base.

Landin has worked in commercial construction for almost 15 years starting as a ditch digger & jobsite broom sweeper, working his way up to a lead estimator. Landin has a Part 107 UAS Pilot’s License and a Amateur (HAM Radio) Technician License. His goals are to continue to become more efficient in his career and to help his team in any way possible to continue to grow the company into a reputable name known industrywide.

James has served as the Chief Electrical Estimator for KCCS since May of 2021. He has 8 years of Telecommunications experience prior to 17 years in the Electrical Industry. He has worked alongside many of the associates at KC both in the office and the field since 2011, on a multitude of commercial and light industrial applications. These applications include underground utilities, new shell construction, tenant improvements and finish-outs, service upgrades, maintenance and emergency repairs, remodels, and design. In his free time, I enjoy spending time with his family, exploring new places, and most outdoor activities.

Tory grew up in Burleson, TX where he immediately went into the electrical field after graduation in 2014. Tory has 9+ years in the electrical field and has been in various electrical work environments, such as Schools, Hospitals, Car Dealerships, Tilt Wall Warehouses, Tenant Improvements, and Finish outs. He acquired his Journeyman’s License in 2020 and went on to get his Master’s License in 2023. While at KC he has transitioned from an electrical foreman to an Electrical Estimator, where he looks forward to advancing more within the company.

Ryan grew up in Springtown Tx, and later went on to graduate from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s in business. He started his career in the field as an electrical apprentice and transitioned into the office as a Project Engineer for the electrical division. He has been a part of our team for a year and a half and plans to continue in his career and grow alongside the company.

Chad is currently a project manager in the general contractor division at KC Construction Services. He has 20 years of experience working in the construction field. He has worked in various types of divisions including residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Chad is a licensed journeyman electrician and has over 15 years’ experience working on various electrical projects in the commercial/industrial industry.

Scotty has 10 years experience in the construction industry. He has experience in the field as a superintendent as well as in the office as an assistant project manager and project engineer. Don Blair, a US Army combat veteran and experienced program manager, is currently the Superintendent at KC Construction Services in Dallas, Texas. With a bachelor's degree in business administration, has worked in contract and program management at various government services companies, including DynCorp International and Drown Range Services (DRS). He spent two years as Program Manager of the National Afghanistan Trucking contract for DRS, overseeing efficient and effective management, supervision, administration, and operations of transportation and construction projects. Don has also authored and implemented company policies and conducted internal and compliance reviews, providing recommendations to corporate.

Tanner has been in or around commercial construction most of his adult life. Starting at 13 years old, he spent his summers breaking forms on concrete pours for his stepfather. In his early twenties he was an electrician’s apprentice, he has worked his way up from the bottom. He has been an installer, a crew leader, an estimator, and operations coordinator. For the past 3 years at KC, he has found that he can use all those tools and skills to provide our customers with a high-quality experience.

Trent has been in the construction industry for 8 years now. He started in the industry as a heavy equipment operator and oversaw multiple commercial project developments throughout the DFW area. In 2019, he joined KC Construction Services' electrical division to pursue a career as a commercial electrician and began as an electrical apprentice and heavy equipment operator. In 2021, he became a superintendent for KC through our general contracting division and takes pride in his professionalism, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn and expand within his role. He has since begun overseeing multiple projects daily while coordinating and collaborating with our subcontractors to ensure a successful completion from start to finish.

Brad started working construction in 1993 as an apprentice electrician in the residential field. In 1995 he moved into interior millwork and remodeling. he continued in this trade until 2008 when he took a job as a commercial sign installer. In 2014 he got back into the residential construction industry as a superintendent for a custom log home builder and started his journey in 2020 with KC Construction.

He relocated from New York to Texas with 8 years of electrical experience in ground up high-rise buildings, Hospitals, and schools, while working in local 363 union in New York City. He has extensive knowledge of electrical system design, maintenance, and NEC code guidelines. Chris keeps safety and efficient work as a top priority.

Claudio has been in the electrical trade for 16 years. He spent his first 9 years in the field learning the ins and outs of the electrical trade. For the next 5 years he improved his skills in managing large tilt wall projects and interior finish outs. 2 years ago, he moved into the Senior Project Manager position supervising $10-$20 million worth of electrical projects yearly. In his free time, he likes to travel with his wife.

Nick is a dedicated licensed journeyman with 13 years of experience and has been with kc since they started an electrical division in 2018. He started his career in electrical work in the field doing commercial electrical and has worked his way up to project manager overseeing multiple jobs. He has worked from the start of the job doing underground to the completion of the tenant finish out. He takes a lot of pride in his work, which has gained him a solid reputation for quality work in the electrical field. He continues improving his leadership skills and has a passion for educating others with the vast amount of knowledge he has obtained throughout his career. In his free time, he dedicates time with his family and traveling on bike rides to new areas.

Yvette has a bachelor’s degree in business management and has 7 years’ experience in the residential/commercial flooring industry. She worked her way up from an administrative assistant to a coordinator to the senior project coordinator and a director of installation. She worked with 60+ teams daily and worked with all levels of management. She learned many different skills to better understand the industry, from product knowledge to ordering and installing material.

Krystal holds an AAS degree for Business Administration achieved while raising her only daughter and has 10 years’ experience in data analytics. Having worked in the oil and gas sector, refining and construction, she brings knowledge and skills necessary for her role as the Executive Administrator for the electrical division here at KC Construction Services, Inc. Recently joining the team will allow her to hone those skills and contribute to the growing success of the company, and looks forward to a long and rewarding career with KC Construction Services, Inc. In her spare time, she enjoys playing disc golf, reading, and spending time with her two dogs.

Jordan has worked in several parts of the construction industry totaling up to 10 years of experience. He started his journey snaking sanitary lines and digging in the mud as a licensed plumber’s assistant. He’s also OSHA 30 Certified. Unrelated to construction, Jordan is certified as a Consent Tow Truck Driver & as a hobby he is a PADI certified open water diver. His goals are to continue learning and improving my level of efficiency so he can better help his team and those around him do the same. Ultimately, Jordan is ready to help wherever he can to grow KC Construction into one of the most known and respected names in the industry.

Bill has worked in the Overhead Electrical Construction Industry for almost 26 years. Starting out on a pole setting crew for a Utility Contractor, worked as a Utility Design Estimator for Austin Energy, worked as a New Construction Manager for Oncor, and worked his way up to an Electrical Operations Manager for an Oil Producer in West Texas. Bill enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren, boating, and playing golf. His goal is to become more efficient in his new role as construction estimator and help the company grow and be even more successful.

Roberto Alvarado has eight years of construction experience, starting from ceramic tile installer and framing/drywall foreman roles to his current position as GC Project Manager at KC Construction. His resilience during the challenging residential market amid the COVID-19 epidemic prepared him for his successful transition into commercial projects. Since joining KC a year ago, Roberto has been integral to our operations team, showcasing a team-first mentality and actively collaborating with our Preconstruction team on audits and large-scale proposals. Recognized for his keen eye for detail, organizational skills, and effective communication, Roberto has been appointed as GC Estimator, where he continues to add significant value to our organization.

Austin began his construction journey in 2017 doing remodels with his grandfather. In 2018 he began work as a hunting guide while also working as a general contractor in the off-season. He started electrical work 2 years later, where he started as an apprentice and moved up to the position of project manager. After 7 years around construction, he is now a superintendent for KC in the GC division and enjoys the growth of knowledge he has acquired and continues to push himself so he can continue to learn.

John began his career as a design draftsman at a small engineering consulting firm in Dallas, Texas, and quickly advanced to become an experienced electrical designer. His diverse portfolio includes oil and gas pipelines, municipal water systems, industrial manufacturing, distribution warehouses, data centers, and semiconductor facilities. With a BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas, John excels in financial modeling and utility tariff analyses, complementing his role as a project coordinator. As a project engineer, he represented company interests during the commissioning of high voltage systems at a large semiconductor facility. Known for his logical approach, commitment to excellence, and teamwork, John enjoys riding motorcycles, photography, DIY projects, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends.
