James is an exceptional construction professional with a proven track record in project management, project scheduling, conceptual budgeting, and process implementation based on consistency, reliability, and strong initiative to succeed. He demonstrated quick learning agility and adaptability in various roles with increasing responsibility throughout career. Leveraged skills and relationships to build a first-class construction company with $50MM+ in annual revenues. He founded Global Electrical Solutions Inc. with partners in 2007 and helped build and grow the company. He sold his stake in 2018 and purchased KC Construction services, Inc.

Dustin started his electrical career when he was in high school. Over the last 25+ years he has held all positions in the electrical trade. He spent 5 years as an electrician’s helper before receiving his electrical journeyman license in 2000. As a journeyman electrician he has installed electrical systems in everything from elementary schools, high rise apartments to hospitals and baseball/softball parks. In 2009 he transitioned into the administrative aspect of the business to project managing, estimating and designing.

Scott Senter has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry.  Scott has a diversified and considerable background in construction ranging from residential houses to multi story buildings.  Scott has filled various positions ranging from Project Engineer, Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Vice-President, and Chief Operations Officer. He has completed numerous residential, oil and gas, commercial remodel, mixed-use, speculative warehouse, and design build industrial projects.  Scott is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the General Contracting Division ensuring KCCS delivers a high-quality finished product while staying on time, on budget, and keeping and maintaining a happy customer base.

Landin has worked in commercial construction for almost 15 years starting as a ditch digger & jobsite broom sweeper, working his way up to a lead estimator. Landin has a Part 107 UAS Pilot’s License and a Amateur (HAM Radio) Technician License. His goals are to continue to become more efficient in his career and to help his team in any way possible to continue to grow the company into a reputable name known industrywide.

James has served as the Chief Electrical Estimator for KCCS since May of 2021. He has 8 years of Telecommunications experience prior to 17 years in the Electrical Industry. He has worked alongside many of the associates at KC both in the office and the field since 2011, on a multitude of commercial and light industrial applications. These applications include underground utilities, new shell construction, tenant improvements and finish-outs, service upgrades, maintenance and emergency repairs, remodels, and design. In his free time, I enjoy spending time with his family, exploring new places, and most outdoor activities.

Tory grew up in Burleson, TX where he immediately went into the electrical field after graduation in 2014. Tory has 9+ years in the electrical field and has been in various electrical work environments, such as Schools, Hospitals, Car Dealerships, Tilt Wall Warehouses, Tenant Improvements, and Finish outs. He acquired his Journeyman’s License in 2020 and went on to get his Master’s License in 2023. While at KC he has transitioned from an electrical foreman to an Electrical Estimator, where he looks forward to advancing more within the company.

Ryan grew up in Springtown Tx, and later went on to graduate from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s in business. He started his career in the field as an electrical apprentice and transitioned into the office as a Project Engineer for the electrical division. He has been a part of our team for a year and a half and plans to continue in his career and grow alongside the company.

Chad is currently a project manager in the general contractor division at KC Construction Services. He has 20 years of experience working in the construction field. He has worked in various types of divisions including residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Chad is a licensed journeyman electrician and has over 15 years’ experience working on various electrical projects in the commercial/industrial industry.

Scotty has 10 years experience in the construction industry. He has experience in the field as a superintendent as well as in the office as an assistant project manager and project engineer. He has completed numerous commercial remodels along with Industrial design-build projects. Scotty looks forward to utilizing his skills and growing within KC Construction.

Don Blair, a US Army combat veteran and experienced program manager, is currently the Superintendent at KC Construction Services in Dallas, Texas. With a bachelor's degree in business administration, has worked in contract and program management at various government services companies, including DynCorp International and Drown Range Services (DRS). He spent two years as Program Manager of the National Afghanistan Trucking contract for DRS, overseeing efficient and effective management, supervision, administration, and operations of transportation and construction projects. Don has also authored and implemented company policies and conducted internal and compliance reviews, providing recommendations to corporate.

Tanner has been in or around commercial construction most of his adult life. Starting at 13 years old, he spent his summers breaking forms on concrete pours for his stepfather. In his early twenties he was an electrician’s apprentice, he has worked his way up from the bottom. He has been an installer, a crew leader, an estimator, and operations coordinator. For the past 3 years at KC, he has found that he can use all those tools and skills to provide our customers with a high-quality experience.

Trent has been in the construction industry for 8 years now. He started in the industry as a heavy equipment operator and oversaw multiple commercial project developments throughout the DFW area. In 2019, he joined KC Construction Services' electrical division to pursue a career as a commercial electrician and began as an electrical apprentice and heavy equipment operator. In 2021, he became a superintendent for KC through our general contracting division and takes pride in his professionalism, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn and expand within his role. He has since begun overseeing multiple projects daily while coordinating and collaborating with our subcontractors to ensure a successful completion from start to finish.

Brad started working construction in 1993 as an apprentice electrician in the residential field. In 1995 he moved into interior millwork and remodeling. he continued in this trade until 2008 when he took a job as a commercial sign installer. In 2014 he got back into the residential construction industry as a superintendent for a custom log home builder and started his journey in 2020 with KC Construction.

Chris is a driven Licensed Electrician. He relocated from New York to Texas with 8 years of electrical experience in ground up high-rise buildings, Hospitals, and schools, while working in local 363 union in New York City. He has extensive knowledge of electrical system design, maintenance, and NEC code guidelines. Chris keeps safety and efficient work as a top priority.

With over 15 years of experience in the electrical trade, Claudio has built a career defined by technical excellence and strategic growth. He spent his first decade in the trade mastering the intricacies of field work before transitioning into high-level management of large-scale tilt wall projects and complex interior finish-outs. Today, Claudio serves as a bridge between management and the field, training the next generation of Journeymen and Project Managers. He is dedicated to team alignment and operational success, driven by a personal philosophy of daily growth and goal setting. When he isn't helping the team reach new heights, he finds balance through exploring new destinations and spending quality time with his family or relaxing with his pups.

Yvette has a bachelor’s degree in business management and has 7 years’ experience in the residential/commercial flooring industry. She worked her way up from an administrative assistant to a coordinator to the senior project coordinator and a director of installation. She worked with 60+ teams daily and worked with all levels of management. She learned many different skills to better understand the industry, from product knowledge to ordering and installing material.

Barbara has a decade of experience in customer service, She has recently transitioned into a new role as a purchasing agent, where she is enthusiastic about contributing to and growing within the company. Outside of work, Barbara values quality time with her husband and three children. Her two youngest are in elementary school, and her eldest is currently pursuing a nursing degree in college.

Karina has 4 years of experience in accounting; she has embarked on an exciting new chapter with KC Construction. Driven by a desire to grow she brings a sharp eye for detail and is committed to the team’s success. Outside of her professional life, she finds her greatest joy in family time, cherishing every moment spent with her fiancé and son.

Marisol Ramos is a dedicated professional with experience in administrative support and human resources assistance. She is responsible for employee onboarding and works closely with safety management to ensure compliance and support a safe, organized workplace. She has worked in fast-paced environments, including in a clinic as a phlebotomist and as an administrative assistant for a small business, where organization, communication, and attention to detail are essential. She is committed to supporting both employees and organizational goals. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and three kids as well as going to concerts and music festivals.

Nick is a dedicated licensed journeyman with 13 years of experience and has been with kc since they started an electrical division in 2018. He started his career in electrical work in the field doing commercial electrical and has worked his way up to project manager overseeing multiple jobs. He has worked from the start of the job doing underground to the completion of the tenant finish out. He takes a lot of pride in his work, which has gained him a solid reputation for quality work in the electrical field. He continues improving his leadership skills and has a passion for educating others with the vast amount of knowledge he has obtained throughout his career. In his free time, he dedicates time with his family and traveling on bike rides to new areas.

Jordan has worked in several parts of the construction industry totaling up to 10 years of experience.  He started his journey snaking sanitary lines and digging in the mud as a licensed plumber’s assistant. He’s also OSHA 30 Certified.  Unrelated to construction, Jordan is certified as a Consent Tow Truck Driver & as a hobby he is a PADI certified open water diver. His goals are to continue learning and improving my level of efficiency so he can better help his team and those around him do the same. Ultimately, Jordan is ready to help wherever he can to grow KC Construction into one of the most known and respected names in the industry.

Juan Barraza has 2 decades of experience in the commercial and industrial painting industry, specializing in interior and exterior finishes. He takes pride in his work and expertise in the trade, prioritizing quality work and customer satisfaction. After graduating high school, he worked as a restaurant manager for 4 years, where he gained leadership and customer service skills. He enjoys spending time with his family, going on long road trips and enjoying nature. He is a proud supportive Air Force, soccer, and college dad. He also enjoys watching sports in his free time.

Jose Lopez holds 25+ years of experience in the Drywall/Framing industry. In his early years he started of as a helper and instantly acquired Leadership positions in high level project in the Texas region. His innovation and willingness to contribute to problem solving allows him the delivery of quality, integrity, and costumer delight. His passion for new technology in construction allows him to adapt and grow as a leader while also gaining efficiency. He is a proud father of 3. In his down time, he loves to spend time with his family and shares his passion for construction while his kids grow to follow his footsteps in the industry.

With 27 years of dedicated experience in the electrical field, Chris has honed his skills across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Chris's journey began as an apprentice, where he quickly developed a passion for electrical systems and their intricate workings. Over the years, he has earned a reputation for his expertise in troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance, ensuring safety and efficiency in every project. Chris is thorough, accurate, and efficient in his work and takes pride in doing a satisfactory job to completion.

Elijah is a licensed journeyman and has had seven years in the electrical field. He started out doing residential which eventually led him to doing commercial service, remodels, tenant improvements, theatrical stages, and schools, and is now an electrical project manager at KC construction. Elijah has acquired a large amount of knowledge for the electrical field and is committed to learning more and growing within the KC company. He enjoys camping, hiking, hunting, and spending time around his family.

Johnny Heredia was born and raised in Fort Worth, TX. After graduating high school, Johnny attended the IEC program and later graduated in 2013. He has 14+ years in the electrical field and has worked in various electrical work environments from schools, retirement homes, multi-level apartment complexes and small industrial buildings. Johnny acquired his journeymen’s license in 2014 and has been a superintendent since 2016. In 2024 he left the construction field and joined KC Construction to be an electrical estimator. Johnny hopes to advance his knowledge in estimating to continue the company’s growth.

At just 25 years old, Jose brings over three and a half years of hands-on experience in the construction field. As the first in the family to attend college, there's a hunger for growth and knowledge that drives exceptional performance, enabling the tackling of any challenge with smart and strategic approaches. Starting out as an electrical apprentice, valuable insights and technical skills were gained, contributing significantly to industry expertise. Recently promoted to Project Engineer, Jose now assists estimators, electrical engineers, and electrical project managers enhancing project outcomes with a fresh perspective. Fluent in both Spanish and English, bilingual abilities offer a distinct edge in the construction field, facilitating effective communication and collaboration on diverse projects. Known for an open-minded and innovative approach, a commitment to pushing boundaries and achieving excellence in every endeavor is evident. Outside of work, passions include reading, listening to music, and painting. Valuing quality time with loved ones and taking on responsibilities to support and care for family further fuels creativity and dedication.

Josh has worked in and around the construction industry for the last 17 years. He started his journey digging ditches and learning construction literally from the ground up. He has held numerous roles including laborer, superintendent, estimator and project manager. He’s also OSHA 30 Certified. Unrelated to construction, Josh has a lengthy athletic background that attributes to his competitive nature. In his free time, Josh can be found spending time with his family or, most likely, at a softball field coaching and working his girls to help them chase their dreams. His goals are to continue providing support to his team and doing whatever he can to help everyone achieve their goals. Josh is determined to help wherever he can to grow KC Construction into one of the most known and respected names in the industry.

David Ramos’ journey has been built on hard work, growth, and responsibility. He started in the electrical trade over 11 years ago, learning from the ground up and earning every opportunity through long days in the field. Those early years shaped his work ethic and leadership style. Today, as a project manager overseeing multiple commercial projects, He leads with accountability and a practical mindset, never forgetting where he started. The field taught him discipline, problem-solving, and the importance of doing things right the first time — lessons he carries into every project and every team he leads. Outside of work, his greatest priority is his family. Traveling with them is how he recharges and reminds himself why he pushes to grow professionally — to create experiences and lasting memories together. He also have a deep appreciation for live music; there’s something powerful about the energy of a crowd and the connection it creates. At this stage of his life, he is focused on building more than a career — He’s building a legacy rooted in leadership, growth, and presence for the people who matter most.

Hailing from New Jersey, Connor has worked in commercial construction for 8 years following his graduation at Texas Christian University in 2018, starting as a Permit Expeditor and now working as an Estimator. In his free time, you can find him golfing, playing basketball or softball. Connor's attention to detail makes him an integral part of the KC Estimating team.

Born and raised in Dallas, Isaac is a 2019 Early College HS graduate and now serves as a Junior Estimator on the Electrical Pre-Con team. He began his electrical apprenticeship in July 2022 and has worked on T.I.s across DFW, as well as commercial service and hospital/school projects. Isaac transitioned into estimating in August 2025, bringing a field-driven perspective to takeoffs and scope review, and is on track to take his journeyman exam in summer 2026. He’s focused on long-term growth with KC. Outside of work, he is a former Eagle Scout who enjoys gaming with friends and spending time with his wife, Harley.

Aldair Lopez is a leader in the framing division at KC Construction, bringing over 6 years of experience in the construction industry. He has built his career on hard work, discipline, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Working alongside his father, the company’s drywall foreman, Aldair is proud to be part of a family legacy rooted in integrity and dedication. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his loved ones and is driven by the goal of building a company of his own one day.

Ben began his career in the electrical trade in January 2013, building his foundation through hands-on experience and a strong commitment to mastering the craft. In 2017, he earned his Journeyman Electrician license, marking an important milestone in his professional growth. Over the years, he has worked on ground-up projects including commercial shell buildings, shopping centers, grocery stores, hospitals, and remodeling projects. Layouts and field design are his favorite aspects of the job, as he enjoys turning blueprints into practical, efficient installations. Today, as an Electrical Project Manager, Ben oversees projects from planning through completion, managing budgets, schedules, safety standards, and team coordination while leading with the perspective of someone who has worked in the field. Beyond the technical side of his career, He am passionate about motivating and teaching my crew, believing that strong leadership is built on mentorship, accountability, and leading by example. He takes pride in helping others grow within the trade while maintaining high standards of quality and teamwork. Outside of work, his greatest fulfillment comes from spending time with his family and creating lasting memories together.
